Our People & Workplace
Located in Cambodia, Speedir Innovations operates a 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with a team of more than 200 local employees. We believe a productive workplace starts with a comfortable and respectful environment. Our manufacturing areas and production lines are equipped with air conditioning to provide employees with a clean, comfortable and well-ventilated working environment throughout the year.
We place great importance on creating a positive workplace culture where employees work together with respect, teamwork and mutual support. Beyond the production floor, we regularly organize celebrations and activities during major holidays and special occasions, giving our employees opportunities to connect, relax and celebrate together. For us, responsible manufacturing is not only about making quality products—it is also about creating a workplace where people feel respected, valued and proud to be part of the team.
Health, Safety & Emergency Preparedness
Employee health and workplace safety are fundamental to our manufacturing operations. We maintain a comprehensive workplace safety environment with access to safe drinking water, water purification systems, an on-site medical room and essential first-aid resources. Our facility is also equipped with safety systems and protective equipment throughout the production areas, including eyewash stations and other emergency safety equipment where required.
We regularly conduct first-aid training, fire safety drills and emergency response exercises to ensure employees understand how to respond effectively to potential workplace incidents. Safety inspections and preventive measures are continuously carried out across the facility, helping us identify potential risks and maintain a safe working environment. Our goal is to ensure that every employee can work with confidence in a workplace where health, safety and emergency preparedness are taken seriously.
